And Sony historically dissects gaming data for the public more than MS does. So for them to not say if their sub plans are profitable means they really are losing big time on it. He should know because Sony makes tons of money on that Grand Order Fate game (I think $4 billion revenue the past 4 years). That game is F2P. It's not even behind a cheap sub plan.
