WebI've been following her 45 min workout plans for over 3 months and bave definitely seen a lot of toning in my abs and thighs. Definitely liked her plans way more than chloe's. I would also recommend adding in some videos of madfit (I love her dumbell workouts)and natacha oceane and try to curate your own plan using Pamela's schedule as the base.
